I have been a dental hygienist in this practice since 1993. The awesome people that make up our Allure Dental team, and our wonderful patients, have made the years very rewarding and enjoyable. As a hygienist, I count it a privilege to work alongside such a talented and caring hygiene team as we strive to provide excellence in the areas of prevention and maintenance for our patients. My husband and I enjoy spending time with our children, grandchildren and extended family. I am also very involved in the music program at our church.

Being a hygienist in this practice since 1989 has been very rewarding. Each day brings new smiling faces that I look forward to meeting, along with those familiar smiling faces with which wonderful relationships have grown. My husband and I enjoy traveling and spending time with our grown children and our seven grandchildren.

Taylor has been in the dental industry for three years, following the completion of her education at Indiana University School of Dentistry. Since joining Allure Dental, she has been responsible for caring for her patient’s dental health. What she loves most about her job actually falls in line with what she does everyday: meeting new people, building relationships, caring for people, and helping them reach their oral health goals. Taylor always knew she wanted to be involved in the medical arena, and dental hygiene was the perfect career opportunity for her. If she wasn’t working in dentistry, she would be doing something in the field of radiology. She is proud that her practice understands the importance of the attention and focus given to each patient that walks through the door. When not at the office, Taylor enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing on a lake, and traveling to new and exciting places.

Tracy received her education from the Indiana University South Bend School of Dental Hygiene. She has used this training to guide her through her 23 years in the dental field. At the office, Tracy is responsible for direct patient care, such as screenings, reviewing patient’s oral health history, and teaching appropriate hygiene techniques. One of the reasons why she loves her job so much is her servant’s heart – she prides herself on taking on the needs of others and making things better for them. She loves the independence she has at this practice to care for her patients. She loves seeing the confidence that a patient gains after a session with her! If she wasn’t working here, she’d be serving on the state dental board and continuing her education. Tracy has noticed that the doctors here are so generous with their time and attention to as many patients as they can. “They don’t just fix teeth, they change lives!” When she’s not at the practice, she participates in 5k events with her daughter, playing with her pet raccoon, and reading uplifting stories. Tracy is also actively involved in community outreach. She volunteers at the school for dental health month and health fairs, as well as other community activities. If she were to recommend a book for anyone to read, it would either be “The 5 Love Languages” or “Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University”.
